Booking and Usage Rules for the Podcast Studio | M Studio

Booking our podcast studio means you confirm that you have read these rules and agree to follow them.

1. BOOKING TERMS

  • The minimum rental duration is determined by the selected pricing package.
  • Recording time can only be extended if there is a free slot in the schedule. Additional booking must be made for at least the duration specified in your package.
  • The rental start time is considered to be the booked time, not the actual arrival. Late arrival does not extend the end time of the session.
  • Booking is confirmed with 100% prepayment, which must be made within 12 hours after booking.
  • Cancellation of a paid booking is not possible. Rescheduling is allowed only once and no later than 48 hours before the start, with the option to choose a new date within 90 days.

2. STUDIO USAGE

  • Rearranging furniture, changing decor, or adjusting lighting and sound is done exclusively by the studio administrator.
  • Any special effects (smoke, confetti, glitter, feathers, liquids, loose materials, etc.) may only be used with prior written approval.
  • Recording with animals is only possible with prior agreement (at least 48 hours before rental).
  • Participants’ footwear must be clean and dry to avoid dirt and damage.
  • The use of your own props, equipment, or decor must be agreed upon in advance.
  • A studio representative may be present during the recording for technical control.
  • At the end of the session, the premises must be in the same condition as they were handed over. Furniture, decor, and equipment must be returned to their places, and trash must be cleaned up before the rental time ends.
  • If the session requires additional cleaning (e.g., after using loose materials or artificial snow), this service is charged separately.

3. PROHIBITED

  • Damaging or soiling equipment, furniture, decor, or shared areas.
  • Smoking, using open flames, or pyrotechnics.
  • Appearing under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Using studio property for purposes other than intended.
  • Attaching anything to walls or furniture without permission.
  • Bringing drinks or food without prior agreement.
  • Taking studio equipment or other items outside the premises.
  • Filming pornographic content.
  • Creating excessive noise or disturbing other clients or neighbors.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • You bear full financial responsibility for all equipment, furniture, and decor you use during recording, as well as for the actions of everyone present on site.
  • In case of damage to any property, 100% of its value must be compensated.
  • The studio is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure: power outages, accidents, fires, natural disasters, military actions, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
